Our sub assembly service gives us the ability to produce many individual components; we can also build these into a sub-assembly which would be supplied directly to you.
The Sub Assembly Process
The process of assembly and the design and manufacture of all the required assembly fixtures would be completed in house. Additional operations such as polishing & painting will be built into the process to ensure the finished assembly is as required. Outsourcing this operation and allowing us to concentrate on each individual assembly in detail gives you more time and resources to concentrate on the bigger picture.
